Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all workshops, coaching sessions, and group evenings booked with Mindroutehub. By confirming a booking you agree to these terms.

Foundation Intensive and Multi-Timeframe workshops

Deposit: A £150 deposit (Foundation) or £100 deposit (Multi-Timeframe) is required to reserve a place. Deposits are non-refundable except where we cancel the session.

Cancellation by you:

• More than 28 days before the start date: full refund of any balance paid; deposit retained unless we fill your place, in which case the deposit is also refunded.
• 14 to 28 days before: 50% refund of the total fee (including deposit).
• Less than 14 days before: no refund unless we fill your place from a waiting list, in which case a 50% refund applies.

Rescheduling: One free transfer to a later cohort is permitted if requested at least 14 days before the start date, subject to availability. A second transfer incurs a £50 administration fee.

Chart Review Sessions

Cancellation by you: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the session fee.

Block bookings (four sessions): Unused sessions in a block may be refunded at the single-session rate (£95) minus a £15 administration fee per refunded session, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given for each.

No-shows: If you do not attend and have not cancelled, the session fee is non-refundable.

Chart Club Evenings

Chart Club fees (£25) are pay-per-evening. No deposit is required. If you pre-register and cannot attend, cancel by email on the day of the session for a full refund. Walk-in payments are non-refundable once the session has started.

Cancellation by Mindroutehub

If we cancel a session due to instructor illness, insufficient enrolment, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid or the option to transfer to the next available date at no extra charge.

Work already started

For multi-day workshops, if you leave after day one has commenced, no partial refund is available for the remaining day. Materials provided are yours to keep.

Printed materials

Chart packs and printed materials posted to online participants are non-refundable once dispatched. If materials arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement at no charge.

Private group cohorts

Refund terms for private group bookings are set out in the individual quote and booking confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, the deposit is non-refundable and cancellation within 21 days of the start date forfeits the full fee.

Refund process

Approved refunds are processed by bank transfer to the account from which payment was received within 14 working days of approval. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email hello@mindroutehub.click with your name, booking reference, session date, and reason for cancellation. Include your bank details if payment was made by transfer. We respond within two working days.
