Price Action Foundation Intensive

A two-day workshop for traders who want to replace indicator stacks with a disciplined bare-chart reading process.

Instructor drawing horizontal support on a large candlestick chart during the Foundation Intensive

Who this is for

Retail traders with at least six months of live or serious demo experience who feel overwhelmed by conflicting indicator signals. You should already know what a candlestick represents and how to place a basic stop-loss — we do not teach platform mechanics or broker selection.

The intensive suits swing traders working on daily and four-hour charts across forex, major indices, or liquid individual equities. Scalpers and pure long-term investors may find the pace misaligned with their holding periods.

What you will learn

Over two days you build a repeatable process for reading price without overlays:

  • Identifying swing structure and distinguishing retracements from reversals on bare charts
  • Drawing horizontal support and resistance from prior reaction zones, not arbitrary round numbers
  • Reading candlestick context — body size, wick rejection, and close location relative to the range
  • Aligning a daily bias before looking for entries on the four-hour chart
  • Writing a pre-trade plan with invalidation level, target zone, and stand-aside conditions

What is included

  • Printed chart pack with 40 historical setups for mark-up homework
  • Access to the live online session recording for 30 days (online cohorts only)
  • 30-minute one-to-one follow-up call within two weeks of the workshop
  • Tea, coffee, and lunch on both days (in-person cohorts)

What is not included

  • Broker accounts, data feeds, or charting software subscriptions
  • Trade signals, copy-trading, or managed account services
  • Tax or financial advice — we teach chart reading, not portfolio allocation

Schedule & format

Day one (09:30–16:30): Swing structure, trend identification, and horizontal level drawing on daily charts. Afternoon spent marking a historical week of GBP/USD together on the whiteboard.

Day two (09:30–16:30): Four-hour entry refinement, candlestick context at levels, and live mark-up of current-week charts. Each participant presents one setup and defends their read to the group.

In-person sessions run from our training room at 53LindenWayElyCB74RD. Online cohorts use a shared screen with annotation tools; you need a stable connection and a second monitor is strongly recommended.

Before you arrive

Complete the pre-workshop questionnaire sent after booking. Bring a notebook, a pencil, and — for in-person attendees — any charts you have been struggling with. Remove all indicators from your charting software for the two days; we work on bare candlesticks only.
